STEPS:

1. Provide Contact Information
   At checkout, you'll be prompted to provide your contact details.

2. Initial Contact from AOEgames
   After your order is received, AOEgames will reach out to begin the customization process.

3. Customization Details
   We will discuss the specifics of how the components of the game you’ve chosen can be personalized, the content you can use, and the estimated timeline for completion.
   Note: Most games in our catalog offer customizable components such as game boxes, game boards, and game cards (depending on the game).

4. Create Electronic Versions
   Based on the information you provide, we will create digital versions of each customized component.

5. Approval of Electronic Versions
   You’ll receive the electronic versions of your customized game components for approval.

6. Printing Process
   Once you approve the digital components, we’ll begin the printing process, which can take up to 8 weeks.
   Note: Since different components are printed at various locations, receiving all of your game pieces may take up to 8 weeks.

7. Game Assembly and Shipping
   After receiving all the printed components, we’ll assemble your game and ship it directly to you.

IMPORTANT:

• The entire process, from order receipt to delivery, typically takes 8 to 10 weeks.

• AOEgames cannot use trademarked or copyrighted materials unless they are provided by the purchaser. We can incorporate your own images, branding, and text.

Customized Game Gift Cards

If you’re gifting a customized game, we’ll send you a gift card in an elegant gift box. The card will include instructions for the recipient to contact AOEgames and begin the customization process. This allows the gift recipient to actively participate in creating their own unique game.
