Sponsorship/Fundraising Program

 

There is NO COST to you, your sports team, your school, or your organization for the creation, printing of your game, or delivery to you.
You, your sports team, your school, or your organization is only responsible for the promotion and distribution of your game.
A minimum of 50 games must be purchased by your supporters for AOEgames to print.
You, your sports team, school, or your organization can receive some much needed funds for new jerseys, a cake or dress, or to address a need. Your supporters will receive a truly one-of-a-kind keepsake.
All rights and ownership of Ready To Play and customized games remain with AOEgames INC.

How It Works

The following games are currently available for the program:

There are 3 product tiers for each game:
  • Tier 1 - Ready To Play (non-customized)
  • Tier 2 - Customized Game Box Only
  • Tier 3 - Fully Customized Game - game box, game board, cash (depending on the chosen game), and cards (depending on the chosen game)
Program participants would choose their game and a product tier.
  • Tier 1 - Ready to Play - AOEgames hosts the non-customized version of your chosen game on our website.
  • Tiers 2 and 3 - Customized Game Box Only or Fully Customized Game - 
    • AOEgames will work with you to create your own customized version of the game.
    • AOEgames will customize the game, depending on your chosen product tier, within the parameters each distinct game allows.
  • All Tiers - 
    • AOEgames will host your game on the AOEgames (aoegames.ca) website for a set time frame for sale.
    • At the completion of the time frame, AOEgames INC. will then sponsor you, your team, or your organization an agreed to preset amount for each unit sold.
    • AOEgames INC. will then print your games and deliver them to you, your team, or your organization for distribution.
    • AOEgames can ship the games your organization if requested, but there would be a shipping charge added for purchasers at the checkout.
